The site is situated a couple
of miles off San Marcos. It is
set in a hilly terrain and has
Blanco river flowing through
it. The whole place is scenic
and offers a good retreat for
serious spiritual
contemplation. The land use
around the site is mainly
residential. The tranquility
and scenic beauty of the site
had to be carefully nurtured
while arriving at the design
solution.
